To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPC PRODUCTS LIMITED and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total direct liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site, the Content, or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Site in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPC PRODUCTS LIMITED and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

You agree that the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

Before filing a claim against us, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us in writing and describing your concern. We will make a reasonable effort to respond within a practical timeframe.

You agree to allow at least 30 days for informal resolution from the date we receive your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue formal proceedings in accordance with the Governing law and jurisdiction section above.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including any registered account, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or other users, or used the Site unlawfully. Termination may occur with or without notice, depending on the circumstances.

You may stop using the Site at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion of your registration data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The following provisions will survive termination: Intellectual property, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law and jurisdiction, Dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, legal requirements, or our practices. Unless changes are required to take effect sooner by law, updates will become effective 14 days after we post the revised Terms on this page.

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
